Such delicious food! All 3 people in my party got different items and everyone was licking their fingers at the end. I also love the mango juice they had in the fridge to purchase. After walking all around the Yale campus, this was a perfect meal before heading back to the car and going home. Stroller friendly. No steps in and roomy inside so I didn't feel like I was taking up too much space with my large stroller.Parking: One block away is a parking garage and there is street parking all around

Extremely disgusted and disappointment. I ordered a falafel rice bowl and there were little black flies/gnats in the rice bowl. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. NEVER will I order from here EVER!

I'm sorry but nobody has the type of customer service that these people do! Absolutely amazing. My first time ordering from the restaurant, and an Uber eats driver picked up my order from them then canceled it cleaning he never picked it up. Now another driver came and canceled and never told me that somebody had picked it up. Instead she just canceled. I sat there continuously waiting for somebody to pick up and finally I messaged my fifth driver explaining the situation so they went inside and found out that my food was already gone and then somebody from the restaurant took his phone and started having a conversation with me.They told me that the very first driver picked up my order and they probably canceled it, now usually at this point a restaurant will tell you there's nothing they can do about it and that you need to speak to Uber and get your money back. But instead, they took the loss.They took the loss and they remade it for the current Uber driver who was standing there waiting for my food. And they also apologize for the person doing what he did which just wow.So ALREADY customer service, first impression already over the top, absolutely wonderful, never even seen the restaurant in person ...AND THE FOODBAYBEEEEEThis is my first time having Mediterranean food especially the type of bowl that I got in the type of toppings that I got on it.... And I am mesmerized by how good this is! Was definitely worth all the hassle at 12:30 in the middle of the night LOL I also love how they're still open this late. Originally I was trying to find grilled chicken because that's what I was craving, then I came across this restaurant and they had me sold at baklava .LOLNow personally the baklava was A little too sweet for me, but the bowl with the rice and the chicken was everything! My two-year-old seems to like The baklava though lol. Thank you guys so so much. Wonderful experience. You will not be sorry. If this is how well their customer service is when they do deliveries, I can't imagine how they are in person!Would give a thousand stars if I could

We had the fantastic experience of having the Pitaziki food truck at our summer party. They helped us every step of the way and they went above and beyond what we expected. Our guests cannot stop talking about the delicious food and excellent customer service, specifically the Mediterranean grilled shrimp that they cooked just for us. They were so accommodating, I would have Pitaziki cater for any party!!!
