I ordered chicken nuggets and fries. The order said 10 , they only gave me 7. As I finished eating i began to feel really sick and tmthrew up chicken nuggets and fries as well as had to use the bathroom as well. I did not eat anything else that day besides soup earlier. this was my meal for the night . Im very disappointed and quite frank it was already down hill , but now I never trust to eat there after puking and spending my entire night in a bathroom. don't eat here

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The cashier, a young woman, had a terrible attitude. She was extremely rude and didn’t seem to know the menu at all. Instead of trying to help, her behavior made the interaction very unpleasant.
Good food can’t make up for bad service, and this experience left me not wanting to return.

The young lady that took my order was very sweet...butMeat sprinkleed on top of the slice no extra cheese to melt it on to the slice and on top of that, Im sure the cook didn't wash his hands and he had no gloves handling the meat...I will never eat here. Cause I don't wanna get sick. I threw the slice in the trash.... And wasted five dollars and fifty cents.

Great family owned restaurant next to Yale’s campus. We stopped in for lunch after touring Yale. Had the lunch combo of salad with a slice of pizza. Service was prompt and friendly. Hearty size portions. Lots of Yale memorabilia throughout setting a perfect vibe with lots of history.

It's New Haven Connecticut, the pizza capital of America. If this place was in California, it would be great, but it's in New Haven and they have to compete with the big guns like Modern Pizzaria, Frank Pepe's pizzaria, Sally's pizzaria, the Bar, and Zupardi's. That's tough. I enjoyed their meatball sandwich!

I realized they didn’t have Zabiha meat and asked to cancel the wings. The chef says “ How the hell do you find Halal meat in America”. It took me a minute to register what was said. I then asked for my money back. As a customer anyone that can talk to me like this IS NOT SOMEONE that should be preparing me food.

I ordered a medium veggie pizza and a large meat lovers Pizza and the only thing that looked fresh on it was a pepperoni they took like an old Pizza then they just threw some pepperoni on it I called I complained they never called me back I guess it's time to move on

I have been eating veg plain pizza for quite sometime and absolutely love them. However, Pizza Heaven II’s style of making pizza is absolutely incredible. I strongly recommend others to try their pizza. I would sincerely give the restaurant 5 out of 5.

Love you Pizza Heaven (2). This place has been an absolute staple in my years as a college student. I always found it funny that in a city which has some of the best pizza in the whole country that the place I always found the most reliable and “worth it” especially at the end of a long day was Pizza Heaven. But it’s true! Reliable, nice people, well priced. (Even considering all the inflation everywhere lately) (good discount for college students too)Although I don’t know too much about the rest of the menu their good reliable pizza all I really care about.
