I’d like to give a shout out to Ms. Regina. I was a little under the weather and randomly stopped in for a nostalgic pick me up. She ensured my chicken and biscuit were especially fresh and I appreciated that. I felt Ms. Regina’s sincerity of wanting to ensure her customers satisfaction. She consistently provided stellar service with warmth and a smile. I was also able to observe her interaction with her staff and I was equally impressed. Great job Ms Regina!

Service and food quality here is usually great when the main manager/owner works there. She is a super sweet lady who makes sure my order is never wrong and always fresh. Most of the other workers are decent, with the exception of one (he might be another manager and is short with glasses), but he usually doesn't wear gloves when handling food, has a terrible attitude and leaves out part of my order more times than I can count. Overall I'm leaving a positive review because the main manager lady is an absolute godsend and will make your experience wonderful! It's been a 100% guaranteed positive experience when she works there :)

On Sunday, December 8th, at around 11:50 pm, I went to pick up my order and the short, dark-skinned gentleman working there was so indifferent that he didn't even look back at me even though I called him 3 times. He did the same thing when I came back the next time. He also packages the food so disgustingly that you wouldn't eat it if you saw it.
