Very disappointed with my experience today. I placed a mobile order through DoorDash with a buy one get one deal and politely asked the front crew if I could wait for a fresh batch of chicken. Instead of handling it professionally, someone from the kitchen started shouting about it loudly. Customers should not be treated this way for simply asking for fresh food. Poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior.

I had a really great experience at this Popeyes location during Easter. The manager, a middle-aged lady, was incredibly kind and welcoming.
I ordered a chicken thigh and drumstick combo, and everything was super fresh — crispy on the outside and really juicy on the inside. You can tell the food was made properly and not sitting around.
I originally had biscuits in my order, but since I didn’t need them, she kindly helped swap them for fries without any hassle. On top of that, she even gave me two complimentary drinks, which was such a nice surprise.
What really stood out was how she treated everyone — not just me. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring toward all customers.
The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained.
Definitely one of the best Popeyes experiences I’ve had. I’ll be coming back for sure!

This is without a doubt the worst food service I've ever seen in my life. I love popeyes but this is genuinely the most horrific establishment i've seen. the workers are horrible. And the online prices are horrible ($14 for a 3 piece non combo). But the in person staff is HORRIBLE too it's insane how this place is still running. I go to Yale so i see it rather regularly and it's still the same employees. I'm only writing this review because somehow this place has a whole 3.4 stars as of now which is gods greatest miracle since the creation of existence itself. See it for yourself if you dare but be warned.
Even if you order ahead, it could take half an hour to get your food. Door dash drivers crowd the counter and are rude which makes the workers have to get stern with them, it makes for a tense atmosphere. Lot of different and unpredictable characters walk in so I wouldn't recommend going here overall.

usually I always have Something good to say about Popeyes but last night’s chicken when I ordered it it definitely was not fresh and I’m talking about the chicken breast Of course it made my stomach hurt and made me have nausea My stomach is sensitive to certain foods. If it’s not fresh my body can tell. I definitely can tell And that chicken didn’t taste or smell fresh at all. The company should deal with that because they can make people sick
