I requested a strawberry biscuit with my order, in place of a regular one, which meant I was upcharged. That's fine. When I got my order I checked, and I did not receive the strawberry biscuit I was charged for, (this has happened at this location numerous times). I tapped on the window loud enough for someone to hear me, I honked my horn to get someone's attention, but SEVEN workers stood around and ignored me. I wasn't upset that they messed up my order while charging me extra, but don't IGNORE the customer while you stand around and talk. Keep in mind I was the only customer. The dining room and drive thru were empty.Then when I finally do get someone, they have attitudes. The service in this place has gone down terribly. Never going here again, Milford is better.

Love the crispy chicken sandwich it's on a brioche bun the chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside the pickles on the sandwich are awesome and it's one of the only fast food sandwiches I can get for under $5 that is actually
Nothing bad I can say about this place honestly every time I get in the food is always piping hot and the service is fast and friendly keep up the good work guys you all deserve raises.
