Went recently. Burger was great, drinks order were good. House made lemonade which was enjoyed and have multiple flavors to pick. Fast service overall. Would recommend if you are looking for a burger spot.

Fantastic time beginning to end the Best Burger I've ever had. All of the food and service was excellent. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. This is not your average Burger by far.

All was great. My only complaint is the brioche bun in my burger and my brpthers burger fell apart midway into eating. We should have ordered it with a pretzel roll or hard roll.

Absolutely loved dining there with my husband special thanks to Ciara she was an amazing server and made delicious cocktails the burgers were great as well as the fried pickles which were my favorite we absolutely will be back it’s very laid back love the lighting it was perfect for a lunch date we very much enjoyed it.

An amazing experience start to finish! Chef and owner Joseph Hamboussi is a consummate professional who welcomes patrons to his restaurant as if inviting them to his home. The Belgium Bierhaus Burger stands out as one of the most memorable burgers I’ve ever had, cooked to juicy perfection. The Belgian Waffle and Fried Chicken starter could have been a whole meal in itself. I was initially skeptical of the taste pairing for that dish but was won over bite after delicious bite. Our only regret: No room for dessert! But we’ll be back.

Excellent service. Unbelievable selection of burgers. The Mexican street corn floored me. Nachos with Pico de Gallo sans tomatoes were awesome.
No air conditioning the night we were there. I saw a portable unit so may have been a temporary issue, hopefully since resolved.

I used to be a big fan and regular. I was going there twice a week because their beer selection was the best in downtown New Haven, but they fired almost all bartenders that have any personality. My real decline started when a waitress was dressed down for chatting with me while her tables were fully satisfied. Then a bartender overcharged me for a beer I didn’t order. Finally, today the weather was 95 degrees with a heat index over 100 and I was told they can’t serve me because I was in a tank top. I’m all for a dress code but you would think a regular would get a pass at 4:00 on a Tuesday afternoon when the temp is pushing 100. I will not be going there any more. I guess they don’t need the $100 or so a week I was spending.

Literally driving through CT and searched for easy access restaurant open later and we had a toddler. Great burgers here, friendly service, had booster seat for little one, clean rest room. Place is small/cozy but it's the city so expected.
