Absolute worst service comp our dinner still had a 39.00 check for 3 drinks which one was a lemon not a lime to begin with in the drink that's for starts got our food hour later got apps that was with blue cheese wrong sauces never got fries we never mention that at that point Had leftovers couldn't even take them cuz we're going to the Shubert needless to stay. We will never be at prime 16 ever again.For future you should have comp the whole check that was utterly ridiculous. If you're going to a show, definitely do not go to prime 16

Kind of Meh. Chicken sandwich lacked flavor, too much slaw. Smash burger tasted mealy and a small party for $24. Also for the price the fry portion was small. Had high hopes but it did not live up to the hype. Great

We chose Prime16 because we wanted a good burger before going to a game. We had no idea what we were in for! Staff was great. Atmosphere is great. The fried pickles were amazing! My husband had the Belgian borehole burger and ate it all! I had a Gruyère and Brie grilled cheese with homemade blueberry jam, which is not something I’d typically order. Best sandwich of my life!!! We live an hour away and don’t travel that far for food, but we will be back for sure!!!

Over time, Prime 16 has become less reliable of a burger restruant. In 2012-2017 this was a very reliable location for burgers and drinks. Recently the burgers can be good or they can be very disappointing.I would have recommended here but now can't.

Came here after my son had a small surgery at Yale. They handled our Allergies and have the best service. Alexis and Jordy are awesome.

Service was okay. The food was okay, but it seemed like it didn't get brought out quickly enough as the food was just warm. The portion of fries was a bit small and they came in a ceramic container that took up more room on the plate than the fries themselves did.
