I walked into Rice on Fire today for the first time. This "hole-in-the-wall" in the middle of a somewhat depressed residential neighborhood was really a pleasant surprise. The menu is simple: you choose your protein, your vegetables, rice or noodles, and the sauce. They mix it all together on a flat grill-top, and your meal is ready in minutes. They also offer soup and egg rolls as additional options.

Whoever is cooking this food, knows what they are doing when it comes to the flavors of hibachi! The rice was so flavorful and I tried the chicken wings this time and now I can't get enough! Time to introduce my family.

I ordered online for pick up. Lady that greeted me was awesome and sweet! The food was good, I got teriyaki sauce on the side and I definitely had to add it in otherwise flavor was kind of bland. BUT I was also told online my rice would have basic fried rice veggies like the carrots, peas, corn etc and I didn't get any of that. How you going to have hibachi rice and the name called rice on fire without the good stuff? I'd only come back if that was guaranteed since it...
