Found a worm in my food and management refused to refunded me until I said I was calling the health department

This location has abysmal service. They are constantly giving me the wrong meal. No one there speaks English which is fine it’s a Spanish restaurant but you can’t even communicate with the Managers as they won’t speak English on purpose to avoid you.
