My family just shared an amazing meal from Sanctuary Kitchen that we ordered ahead and picked up from the Madison Farmers Market. Fresh, delicious and convenient! Best pita and flat bread I’ve ever had.
Everything I have tried so far has been absolutely fresh and delicious. Tonight I had Sudanese Falafel. I paired it with yogurt dill dipping sauce, lemon couscous and sliced organic mini tomatoes with cracked sea salt, EVOO and fig infused balsamic vinegar. Absolutely wonderful.
I love the mission of this place, to "partner with immigrants and refugees to build economic opportunity and authentic connections through food" and have been loving everything I've been picking up, especially appreciating their new 5 week plant-based meal program called Sahtain! Every meal I've tried is simply delicious and healthy.
