The best pizza in New Haven very expensive I’m assuming because it’s in the train station but it’s worth it

It is an absolute disgrace this location is still here. The Indian cashier charges you for items such as plastic utensils , plastic bags and even salad dressing when you already purchased the salad! He also always charges a little bit more and covers it up by saying it’s just tips and taxes. Will not come back ever again

Had a train coming in like 10 minutes so decided to stop in for a bite. For a quick slice of pizza it was very good, it was hot and tasted good. But I'm mainly giving 5 stars for the service, the guys who cashed me out and got my slice of pizza were very nice. The eating area is rather small and there aren't very good seating options in the actual station, but if you can snag a table in the restaurant it's certainly superior to the options outside.

I got food poisoning right after eating a slice from here , they leave the slices sitting out all day. Would not recommend.

Every week I must have my garlic bread from Sbarro. Sbarro has the best garlic bread. I absolutely love their garlic bread great size, taste, and price. I would recommend the garlic bread to anyone who wants the best. Great customer service and excellent environment before heading off to work. ❤️❤️❤️

This is some of the worst pizza I've ever had. The pizza is just soooo soggy and tastes weird! I've given this place several chances thinking it will change. It just gets worse. The pizza making business is not for everyone.

I can't believe the reviews I'm seeing! Whenever I go to New Haven, I can't wait to arrive and depart so I can get a delicious piece of pizza from this place. It's not one of those impersonal Sbarros, it's a family operation. I ask them to put a piece of pizza in for me for five minutes - I like it very hot - and they do whatever I ask in such a nice and friendly way. And the pizza is just terrific. Been going there for years and hope I will be going a bit more frequently in future. Really, try it, you'll see.

Possibly the worst fast food experience ever. I'm not sure how they can stay in business. The pizza was limp and soggy. The counter, drink bar, and dining area were littered with packaging debris and spills, and the drink bar wasn't stocked with lids. The customer service was downright rude. The woman at the counter was only willing to serve pizza or breadsticks. It wasn't clear if they simply didn't bother carrying any other menu items, or if she just didn't want to make them. My questions were met with shrugs, glares, and shouts. "NO LIDS!" "NO SALAD!" My food was shoved across the counter at me. I had already paid for a drink before realizing I couldn't take it with me because "NO LIDS!" and juggling a suitcase onto a train just doesn't work. Do not spend your money here.
