My first time trying Shake Shack. My family and I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly woman. I wish I remembered her name, she is helpful with the kiosk and taking our orders. The food was great!! To the point now I have to find a shake shake in NJ to see if it's just as good! It was 5 of us so we tried different things on the menu. I highly recommend this place!

It was very cold in there I am all for A.C but it was freezing. The staff had good customer service though. I personally did not care for the food I ordered because it wasn't to my taste ,but that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't like it.
Parking: Since is across from the green, downtown New Haven it best if you find a parking lot or garage.
