Cant Reccomend. Ordered from a lunch special via grubhub. Boneless spare ribs with chicken lo mein. Firstly it didnt smell right. I tried the pork. It was average but something was wrong with the lo mein. The Chicken smelled slightly like fish and was rubbery. I couldnt finish and threw it away. I figured they used fish sauce or something until I looked them up online and saw they are also a fish market. Not good when chicken smells like fish.

Im surprised this place isn’t out of business the lady there is very nasty I was very calm and tried to ask her why do I have to order online? I have ordered from this place before in person and paid upfront, I tried to reason with her and asked her while I’m paying with cash, Unfortunately, she does not understand that treating people the way she does makes her lose out on money… I am baffled at the fact that she was willing to lose a very good customer because I’ve actually ordered from here numerous of times and have dealt with her attitude, but today was her worst. She was upset because she had so many orders and I hope she understood me when I told her…. You are upset and angry with me because you are making money and you have people putting orders in?? When shit hits the fan and they have less and less people going to their store, she will regret all the people that she turned down. And just like that, I will not ever return back to this place. They are not the only Chinese store on Whaley Avenue in New Haven. And they are not the only Chinese store in New Haven in general the chinese spot on elm st across from Break oven pizza is much better than everyone there has been beyond kind and the owner has always been very kind respectful and reasonable… These people don’t even have a phone number to call. I don’t understand why they only allow online orders and they get so upset when you wanna order in person. Not everyone has a phone, And unfortunately, Uber eats and DoorDash and all of these applications charge you more money and they are stupid to refuse people who come in and want to pay cash. I think they failed to realize how the economy is going to affect a lot of people’s pockets and are not going to want to afford to do DoorDash or Uber eats or any of these applications… And they will soon start to feel it in their pockets… They probably won’t be able to pay for that Tesla any more

OMG!! That lady.is SO rude and nasty..threw my food, told me so what and really had a NASTY, NASTY ,attitude. The site says closes at 1130, 1050, they say they're closed. And all the prices on the menu are more when u get there. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM, PERIOD! Especially, if u black and live in New haven..you will see EXACTLY , what me and countless others are saying about them.BIG FACTS.

The food was good I felt like I was being rushed between the lady and the man to pick what I want and I was the only customer in there Im used to the plate being a little bigger I ordered chicken wing with fry rice and It didn't come with an egg roll or drink and I was still hungry afterwards but it was a good appetizer . I picked up the food myself also
