I work at Yale and come in often for a quick snack - this place is delicious, friendly, and clean. However, today I witnessed something so kind. A little girl did not have enough $ to pay for a treat and Damoni did not even hesitate to help. This kind man went and grabbed his phone to pay out of his own pocket. This truly tugged at my heart because you don’t see acts of kindness like this often. Damoni, you are the man!

Came here to get my regular fruit bowl. I switched from the regular granola to the nut free granola because of my allergy to nuts. The cashier “Dihodexy” told me they already started making the bowl and I should’ve said something before. The bowl wasn’t even paid for yet. Asked her to get the manager and she walked over to her and was laughing while she told her what happened. No customer service skills what so ever. Never again!!

I order from here atleast 4-5 times a month if not more. Bowls were amazing up until about 3 weeks ago. The consistency and flavor has been so off, and the bowls are super sloppy looking. Not sure if they changed the recipe or maybe new employees not making them right. I usually love this place so much but lately it’s just been awful. Hope things change soon.
