BEST subway sandwich Ive ever had in my life.the bread was toasted to perfection.they toast the bread by itself and then once you add on your select type of cheese. (optional for roasting)the veggies are fresh as well as all other toppings.and can't forget the condiments!!I always get the Hot Italiano / spicy Italianowith shredded cheese - TOASTEDred onions (not all the time)banana peppers (not all the time)honey mustard & ranch!! BEST COMBO.if you like fresh delicious sandwiches or want to try something new, try my combo above! or anything of your choice at this store!!

The quality of several meats and vegetables are variable and sometimes very bad. Used to be you could just look at them and pick out what you wanted. Now they put up stickers to obscure the view of vegetables and a big metal cover do impossible to see low meat quality (is probably worse now).Gross, did not buy sandwich then and have not been back in months.

they dont take coupons. a 6 inch subway sandwich isnt worth 8 bucks bro? the coupon woulda made it 4 bucks but doesnt seem like any subway takes

The bread is not fresh, the taste of chicken is bad, the quantity of vegetables you choose is not enough.Ive been in many subway in france, and it is not comparable.Plus The guy is not friendly

During a recent trip to New Haven with a colleague and 30 of our students, there was a need to order lunch for our entire group and Subway seemed like an affordable option. My colleague and I contacted this Subway before arriving and once there, ordered 16 sandwiches each! This was an exhausting yet comical experience - especially in hindsight - and we would like to express a world of gratitude to Ruben and Daniel for their excellent customer service. They were extremely patient with us and even helped us load our Uber with the sandwiches, chips and beverages!

Got my order wrong and they did not refund it at all. They were very unhelpful and took forever. They could not help me at all when my order was not right.

This subway contains the best food and 6-in italian is amazing. Especially how quick the service is but at the same time they give a little rudeness to customers including me. That one time when I asked how much my meal was and ignored me for a good 20 sec but replied back saying WUT ! like RUDE and the fact she was fidgeting at the counter :( A little disappointed :(

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered delivery through grubhub and I guess because they were almost closing my sandwich was made with no care. I order a bunch of veggies for my sandwich. The sandwich arrived to me with nothing but turkey and bread. Not even toasted. Extremely disrespectful the way this was put together

What happened to Prakruti also happened to me. I ordered online to pick up at 8:25pm Dec 8. But when I arrived there they were already closed although the closed time was said to be 9pm Sunday.

They simply ignored you without any attempt to explain. I immediately contacted their customer service but still no solution. I guess I won't go to any Subway the rest of my life.
