Nasty rude guy made my whole order wrong got made i wanted it to be fixed he don’t even know how to make subs he shouldn’t be working there fountain drinks dont even work

Such a bizarre experience. I kept questioning myself if I was even supposed to be there the whole time lol. When I walked in, there was this one girl sitting in the corner staring at her phone while the rest of the store was empty. The way she was just chilling there I legit thought she was a customer until I realized she was wearing a Subway apron lmao. It wasn't until I walked up to her that she finally acknowledged me. I was visiting New Haven for a week and this experience left such a negative impression of the city. The food itself wasn't terrible tho.

I’ve gone a few times in the past few months and every sandwich has been great. Perfect amounts of meat, veggies, and sauce. The staff are always very nice and welcoming. They’re pretty quick and ask if the sandwich is how I like.

Terrible experience. I purchased a 6 ins steak and cheese sub, its overpriced at $10.99. They charged my account $13.94. I called to question the charge I was told to contact my bank. I told them they charged my account, not my bank. I was hung up on. I tried to call bank they did not answer the phone.

Went yesterday. The employee behind the counter didn't acknowledge me for over five minutes. As soon as I walked in, she tried to make herself look busy by doing an online order even though I could tell she wasn't doing anything beforehand. Then she said they didn't have any turkey. The sub I ordered had turkey, roast beef, and ham. So instead of asking if I wanted a substitute or get extra of the roast beef or ham, she just gave me the roast beef and ham and called it a day. I didn't get my mayo either. Subway is getting too expensive for this kind of experience.

Food was ok but disappointing. I originally wanted a buffalo chicken sandwich but I don't need to be told how to do it and doing so made me want to change my order. But the biggest problem I had was the no coupon policy it's bad enough that things are so expensive now and I don't care about that policy at all no matter what

I was hungry so I ordered here. I regret it right away! The storekeeper who attended to me was very rude and disrespectful! When I got into the store, it took her a minute or two to came out of the back room. When she came out, she already gave me a look, and I already knew that I'm being judge and not welcome at the store. Still, I greeted her cheerfully and tried to tell her my order. Right away she cut me off and said "you wait for me to put on my gloves!" in a very rude manner. I didn't mind her at first but from the moment I came in till I went out the door, she just continued to belittle, insult, and be rude.. Now I know why NOT a lot of people come to this place! I couldn't even eat the sub I ordered because I'm afraid that I'll get sick. That's how bad my experience is. I kept my calm and still finish the order to get a receipt so that way I will know the person who took my order and file a complaint. She needs to find a new job, away from people.
