I was hungry so I ordered here. I regret it right away! The storekeeper who attended to me was very rude and disrespectful! When I got into the store, it took her a minute or two to came out of the back room. When she came out, she already gave me a look, and I already knew that I'm being judge and not welcome at the store. Still, I greeted her cheerfully and tried to tell her my order. Right away she cut me off and said "you wait for me to put on my gloves!" in a very rude manner. I didn't mind her at first but from the moment I came in till I went out the door, she just continued to belittle, insult, and be rude.. Now I know why NOT a lot of people come to this place! I couldn't even eat the sub I ordered because I'm afraid that I'll get sick. That's how bad my experience is. I kept my calm and still finish the order to get a receipt so that way I will know the person who took my order and file a complaint. She needs to find a new job, away from people.

The one lady that works here is always working hard. She is very friendly. I always see her working until 4pm by herself! Always polite to the customers. Great worker! Spanish lady.

There are several problems that I am going to relate, these are 3 point the frost one does not accept coupons form the same franchise, it is ridiculous. The second one treats Hispanic people badly who don't have the ability to master the English language, remember that in the United States it is founded by immigrants. Thirly their they should change the way they treat people, not belittling their origin and because of their natiolanity, remember that this land belongs to the Native American Indians and they still welcome us.

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had , I went there after work at 3:30 pm . I walk in and the girl was on her phone talking holding the phone to her head with her hand with her gloves on .. she then with the same gloves on proceeded to get my bread while still holding the phone to her ear . Then she put the phone down on the counter and starting making my sandwich, I told her I need to change her gloves and throw that bread away and give me a different bread cause u have now touched my food with your dirty gloves that your touching your phone with , she then throws the bread in the trash with an attitude and then grabbed more bread and slammed the door to the bread holder while she’s yelling into her phone telling the person hold on saying I don’t understand why my ear buds aren’t working … like that’s your concern needless to say I told her abruptly never mind and I left
