It's subway. No surprises here. Counter sraff was extremely nice and polite. They were embarrassed that they had to charge you the full price of whichever size you want, in drink cups, to get just ice. Per Chris, the manager, you have to pay for the pop even though you only need ice. They explained that it's only a charge for the cup, but the cup costs the same with or without ice and pop.
