Online says open at nine but as soon as you walk in their representative will say you’ll have to wait 20 minutes to order. I suggest they also add beside opening at 9 they should add but we sell at 9:20a.m. The opening at 9am is misleading and deteriorate some one on a busy week to get their goods somewhere else and not waste their little time they have to half a quick meal on their way to work or on break time

I usually go this Subway once a week, well I recently found out there was one closer to our home so I tried to go to them. #1 I was lied to about the time they close and didn't get anything to eat and #2 the girl making the sandwiches was rude and refused business when they were still open for an hour. Bad for business. I should have never tried a different location because this location always does a great job (I'm aware that my order is annoying because I'm super particular and they never complain). They also close at the correct time that's advertised which is 10pm. I usually write a review for every business I go to and I should have wrote one sooner but never did. Being lied to by the other store on whalley, closer to Amity, made me realize how much I appreciate this store!

I thought to go to SUBWAY for my favorite chicken teriyaki sub & chocolate chip cookie located in an area I do the most business while I wait for my Lyft but the negative energy stopped me at the door. Such businesses will not last. THAT BULLYING. HURRY UP & PAY ATTITUDE WILL RUN UR BUSINESS INTO THE GROUND!

There is a subway about 2 minutes from this one on Whalley ave that I won’t ever go into again. THIS subway is the best. The man behind the counter has excellent customer service. He’s the only one in there, will have a whole line of people and be friendly to every.single.one. And still takes him time with each person though that line is getting longer. He is so nice and this subway is also cheaper than the one on Whalley. Please give that man a raise, he deserves it.

Just spent 40min and 6 dollars at this store and left with nothing and no help. I arrive at the store with a deal for a $6.99 footlong. I was told I needed to place the order online so I stepped out of line and did that. My card was charged but the order wanted me to place it again. I show them this and they told me to wait about 15 minutes for them to receive the order so I came back 20 minutes later and they said they did not receive the order still. Then they asked me to wait for the manager who literally was ignoring me. I left because I would rather just ask for a refund and order from another place.
A better way to have handle this would have just to verify my payment and receipt and make the sandwich.

The drive menu is hardly non existence. The speaker is broken so you have to pull up to the window then there is a note on the window stating you have to call the store number for service. This was en terrible experience altogether.
Seemed understaffed but they were polite & helpful.

I sat waiting in the drive thru waiting for my order to be taken for over 5 min but had to be somewhere so left and decided to come back. When I came back I sat and waited again another 5+ minutes without anyone taking my order. I pulled up to look in the window and nobody was at the counter so I left. Very disappointed
