(TOO THE OWNER PLEASE TAKE NOTE) If you want to succeed in business especially retail, customer service is 70% of the key to your success. You have to think when opening a business, what can I do different then my competitors; Lets think, I can offer the best customer service, I can make sure my host has A TROPICAL COLORED shirt with her name and sunday dinnereveryday on it, hmm thats free marketing and it shows the customer that I'm professional and that I take pride in my business. These are basic steps to success. A word of advice, anyalize your customer reviews and correct those issues. You have been open a year already, your customer reviews shouldnt represent 60% customer service issues. If you want to be open another year, correct this quickly. Your average sales ticket is minimum $20, based on these reviews I would assume your customer traffic yields you about 25 to 45 customers daily. Based on those numbers that nets you about $900 a daily, your rent is most likley $2500 a month in that location. The oblective here is to make the rent in one day. As the owner you have to be thinking how do I increase the flow of my customer traffic which will directly increase cash flow. The awnser is a simple one! CUSTOMER SERVICE= RETENTION OF OLD CUSTOMERS=RECOMMENDATIONS TO NEW CUSTOMERS=$ TO THE OWNER STEP UP YOUR GAME, I WANT TO SEE YOU SUCCEED.

We’re so lucky to have SDE in the neighborhood. The food is real and clearly cooked with love. My wife loves their Rasta pasta, and I like trying different things each time. Their callaloo dish is amazing. They definitely get this white boy’s Seal of Approval.

Food was GREAT! Fast and we got a lot of food in our plate. They did not skim on the ox tail for the price. I love that they plated the food heavy. Most places don't give you minimal for the price. Food hit. We sat and ate. Quiet, clean, chill. Worth every penny. 5 out of 5 for me.

I had never heard of this place. Tonight it was the first restaurant to pop up when I opened the app. The name caught my eye as it's clever! So I read a few reviews and ordered.The food was amazing!! The greens, the rice, the oxtail. Wow!!! I mean wow!! I definitely will be ordering again!
Great food, exceptional service, and fantastic ambiance to go along with the amount of food they give you. A bit on the pricier side but I was still able to feed my family of 3 with just a medium sized portion of oxtail, rice, & cabbage. Thank you ! Will be back very soon.

I have been seeing this place and finally tried it, my friend recommended it and that a must try if she does because she's a very picky eater. This place serves Sunday dinner every day lol love the name. It's a Jamaican restaurant it's a bit pricey but the amount of food wasn't bad especially between the medium and large. I actually eat from it more than once. The reason they received 4 stars was the plantains were too too mushy and soft and the cabbage could have been more crunchy and added more to the plate. Would I recommend this place yes the service was good the ambience was the Caribbean vibe. The prices can be a bit lower in my opinion. This was a gift for my birthday from my friend.
