I live on the border of West Haven and New Haven, so I have a lot of above average Chinese places to pick from when I'm in the mood.Even though T Bear forgot dumplings in the very first time I ordered from them, I called once I noticed and was told I'd be remembered as the "dumpling man" the next time I ordered and would be given dumplings without charge on my next order, which I felt was a fair compromise. We all make mistakes.Sure as the sun rises in the East, on my next order, I called and introduced myself as the "dumpling man" and was promptly remembered along with the redemptive dumpling agreement.When I went to pick up, I was given my entire order, dumplings including, along with a free iced-tea, which was surprisingly good and refreshing.Food was also delicious and fresh.Dumplings were ok.5/5 for good food and business ethics.
