I don't know why I can't review this place as a restaurant, but it has tasty crepes! The bubble tea is ok, but I recommend getting the creme brulee crepe for a decadent experience. I do wish they had plates because sometimes the crepes are hard to eat in a cone and filling spills. Also our service was very mismatched. My friend and I ordered at the same time but my order came out 15 minutes later. The atmosphere is kind of meh.

The food is excellent. Very flavorful. I will come back to try the whole menu. No contact with employees to order. The music was too loud. It was difficult to have a conversation without yelling the whole time.

Such a fun and delicious spot right in downtown New Haven! I stopped by T-Swirl for the first time and was super impressed. The crepes are made with a rice flour batter, so they’re naturally gluten-free and come out thin, crispy, and beautifully wrapped like a cone—perfect for eating on the go or dining in.
I ordered the Strawberry Nutella and the Crème Brûlée with Banana—both were amazing! The strawberry Nutella was packed with fresh fruit and the perfect amount of sweetness. The crème brûlée crepe had a creamy custard with that classic caramelized sugar top, and the banana just made it even better. Total dessert heaven!
Ordering was really easy with their touchscreen kiosks, and even though it got busy, the service was fast and friendly. The inside is clean, modern, and cozy, though it’s more of a casual grab-and-go vibe than a full sit-down meal experience.
Definitely coming back to try more flavors. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different, fresh, and fun!

I came here a few months ago with my friend. It was my first time having a crepe. It was amazing!! I loved how light and flaky the crepe was, and the fruits were so fresh. I added ice cream on top and it was soso good! I got the strawberry banana nutella crepe, the nutella with the warm crepe tasted heavenly. My friend got a strawberry and blueberry crepe. Overall this place is so good and I would come here multiple times a week if I could. I‘m not even that big on sweets but I loved this.
