This place should have been shut down years ago. By far the worst taco bell in ct. The staff is always rude and the food is never done properly. They refuse to help people thru the drive thru and when you come inside, they make you use a kiosk because they refuse to open registers. They need to fire the entire staff and start from scratch.

Waited in line for 45 minutes in the drive through behind 4 cars. I have never waited that long in a drive through for anything. Not worth it.

I waited over 20 mins inside after placing my order on the tablet thing. I ended up leaving but I should’ve said something. Another customer was in there while I was and she had to ask if they could take her order at the front instead. The workers sit and look at you like we aren’t literally waiting for them to take our order? Also the Crunchwrap supremes have barely any protein like beans or meat. I’ll just go to the east haven one from now on.
Vegetarian options: Fresco style. You have to like beans if you don’t eat meat.

I didn't eat all day working and got here at midnight, the person working drive thru was very cute and also pretty god damn funny.
This was probably the best made grilled cheese burrito I have ever had from a taco bell and considering the circumstances this might be the best one I have ever been to.

I explained to the employee at the drive thru that I needed assistance ordering that I needed to drive up to the window. I have trouble hearing and seeing small print at a distance. When I got to the window he very rudely told me that I couldn't order from the window because the line was too long so I picked up my granddaughters order of 2 dorito tacos and a drink. So for my food I went across the street to Popeyes and spent 30.00.
