i ordered 4 items and only got 3 items, missing my crunchy taco that i paid for online.
It was dirty and it smelled horrible. The girl at the counter was extremely disrespectful.

I think for a vegetable bowl they should put more beans in the bowl I always order a vegetarian bowl it's just has lettuce beans red cabbage and light rice for like 10 and 1/2 bucks it would be worth it just need to put more especially for someone who is vegetarian don't eat meat I know you guys have certain scoops 4 oz of 6 oz not sure exactly I understand protocol however people just want their money's worth

Very rude staff, they started yelling at my friend and I to leave even though we went complaining about anything and just wanted our food. We waited in line for drive through for an hour and a half just for them to say the store is closed and that we cant pick up the order we placed when we first came. They also mentioned that they have so many other others that they will not fulfill as it is late. Overall would never come back to this location!!

I didn't get creamy Jalapeño sauce with extra payment and didn't get refund from door dash it mean this fault consumer must be absorbed and made Taco Bell staff wasn't care or awareness every order for customers who order online or Togo kept bad experience for them every penny it hard to find if no customer anymore how the business will run

You can't order at register. And when you go in there are no signs that tell you that. First went threw drive threw and non existent now. No signs that tell you that either.. I get it, it's like that now, all automated. That means no jobs! People lose work. And at the Kios machine is the only way to order there...
I won't be going there, again! . It wasn't hard using the machine, but just very time consuming...

All I can say is Thank you to the manger Jo Jo and her staff for going above and beyond to correct a small mistake in my order no hassle at all the way it should be , thank you Jo Jo and the entire Taco Bell staff at this location . Delicious 🤤
