If I could give zero stars I WOULD. I ordered online, hungry af after only having one meal today, only to be confronted with a 1+ hour wait not because of doordash, but because of an incredibly rude manager. She refused to give the food to my driver and, after speaking on the phone with her directly, she was extremely rude, told me to get a refund with no reason behind it, and HUNG UP on me while i was still talking. I am still shocked at the utter rudeness and audacity of the interaction. Guess I won’t eat tonight?? Never ordering from her again. You’ve lost a loyal customer and i MEAN loyal—I loved my crunchwraps supremes from here :(

Absolutely no one working the front register when I walked in. It looked like a ghost town. I stood there for 5 minutes and no one came to the counter so I had to use the kiosk. There was then a problem with my order so I went back inside to get it fixed and still no one came to the register. There were two employees on a break and neither of them said anything to me or the other employees to let them know I was waiting. Don’t go here unless you like feeling like you don’t exist.
Late night stop after a concert on May 4, 2024 at 11pmish there was young guy at the window he was so nice and kind. Bravo, there were a lot of cars but he kept his cool and kept all cars moving. What a respectful guy trying to make some money. No mistakes with our order and we added something. You just don't see that service now a days. He deserves some recognition.

Ordered a med drink. Got to the window and Kristy told me the cost, looked at me, said hikd on and closed the window. She then proceeded to ask permission or something to even serve me! She then got an answer that she obviously didn't like three her arms up and came back to the window and stuck her hand out for the cash. Never even looking in my direction. Handed me my drink and said goodbye. Again, with no eye contact. Very rude.

I came in at 7:30am I work at the PF across the street, when I got there the man working told me there would be a delay and I said I’d have no problem waiting because I work across the street. When I got my order I found out he gave me an extra taco and it made my day because I was a little extra hungry and didn’t have the money for more food. if he’s seeing this he can work out for free on me.
