This is a Taco Bell Cantina location, which is always fun. The service was reasonably fast on my visit and they were pretty helpful in resolving issues quickly. My burrito seemed a bit smaller than I usually get at other locations, but you have to expect some variety in these things. My freeze cocktail was tasty, a fun drink if you can handle the sugar.

I’d give zero stars. Thank god I got over my Taco Bell binge, because after my visit yesterday I’ll never eat Taco Bell again. The employees are beyond disrespectful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from DoorDash and the food was cold I understand some people take long to pick up and delivery the food put my tacos weren’t even tacos it was more like a salad with crumbs all over. Half of my order was missing as well. I called they answered said hold on and left the phone sitting there as I kept saying hello they would walk by my fiancé tried calling they would ignore the call. I work in fast food I hate when people complain about their orders as well but this is terrible.

If there was 0 stars I would put negative, this is by far the worst fast food restaurant I had ever attended. Employees arguing with the customers and giving attitude while customer was waiting 20 mins for his food. To think I'm from NYC where people give 0 F's. But this location in New haven has won the award for worst customer service. Will never come back to order food from here again.

This taco bell consistently messes up my orders. I tend to ask for beef - black bean swaps or no cheese and there is always a mix up making my food inedible due to dietary restrictions. I understand that my tweaks add to order complexity, but taco bell shouldn't offer customization unless their restaurants can execute those orders.
