I had a great sirloin steak there and their pretzel is phenomenal they make this giant homemade pretzel oh my goodness so delicious

Decades of giving this place a chance bc I appreciate the “design your own salad”Positives: The food comes as ordered, proving the kitchen withstood the test of multiple owners.Negatives:The bathroom had an aged, empty & quite broken soap dispenser with 2 empty paper towel dispensers.Leaving customers with no way to cleanse their hands.MORE importantly how are the employees expected to do the same.When this was pointed out a man brought hand sanitizing gel into the bathroom ?♀️The sweet young server, while polite, was not attentive. She was of the age that this is very forgivable but she certainly will not receive training from the absent management here.I think I’m giving up this time ?

The service and wings were mediocre but the outdoor seating was a nice plus even though the patio was very messy and needed a really good cleanup. They were slow to remove empty glasses and the waitress double orders our drinks because she forgot she ordered themand ordered them again. The New Englander IPA was good. All in all we had a good time with family.

The stars are for the staff and waitress who were very pleasant. But I'm sorry, the mixed drinks we got were awful. Fake sour mix. And the food was very bad. Definitely frozen stuff just heated up. Like eating dinner at a bowling alley. I feel so disappointed that we chose this spot when there's so many good restaurants in the area :(

Had lunch there. The place has an average looking dining room but the outdoor seating was pleasant and pet friendly. My grilled chicken sandwich looked delicious but the chicken was a bit hard to chew and still cool on the inside. Frozen, precooked?? And overall the sandwich lacked flavor. The side of onion rings was excellent and plentiful. Although the sandwich had it's faults, I like the place with it's outdoor patio pleasant casual feel and friendly staff. I would return.

Got food through DoorDash who was on time. The money that they charge is too much for the food that they sell. Our food was dry and they didn’t follow any of the instructions. Good is not great. Sorry

The servers were very kind and the location is great but the food here was so awful. Let’s start with chips they serve, they tasted like they were fried in very old rancid oil. The appetizers were worse than McDonald’s and that’s saying something. The main dish smelled so awful we couldn’t even finish it. Such a disappointing experience.

We arrived at 8pm. It was not especially busy so we start down. The waitress greeted us and things went downhill from there (other than the waitress, who I felt bad for). We ordered our food and (a burger and a chicken breast - not crazy). The burger came out first, after 9:30 (yes, an hour and a half wait for a burger), but no chicken. It was completely room temp. The waitress took it back and, after another 20 minutes, came back out with burger and chicken, apologizing that they made the wrong size and they would bring out another half (we ordered full size). We didn’t need the other half because the food tasted so bad that we didn’t eat it anyway. We heard the poor waitresses apologize to table after table as food went back or as food was brought out at wildly different times. We asked to speak with the manager, who relayed the message that he was busy and would be out when he could. We didn’t wait for him because we had already been there for over 2 hours without a decent meal. We went elsewhere.

Unbelievable. David the bartender and server was great. He was the only person working tonight on a Tuesday night. He juggled all tables, customer complains, as well as bar customers. Absolutely unbelievable. Hire more staff! Not fair to have just one person working!

They win all their points from service. The one server took care of the entire outdoor space on his own! At lunch time! He was very pleasant and efficient for what it was. The downside is the food. The menu and the actual food did not match up. Two of us were supposed to get a pickle and Cole slaw with our sandwiches.That didn't happen. The Thai chicken wrap felt like it was just assembled not actually cooked. It was boneless chicken wings with a generic thai-esqu sauce grilled in a tortilla. Wraps typically have lettuce and other veggies in them. The menu said it came with waffle fries. Nope. We ordered a second side of onion rings. Had we known they weren't waffle fries, we just would have ordered the onion rings. The server didn't charge us for drinks since we had to wait so long for our food. He was good. Food, eh.

The service here was terrible. No one greeted us at the door or told us where we can sit until after a few minutes, we approached a bartender and they said we can sit wherever we’d like. We had to flag multiple waitresses down just to ask where our appetizers were. the only person that was both sweet + attentive was a nice young man with a pony tail that seemed to be a new employee. My friend and I felt the need to go out of our way to leave him a tip instead of our actual waitress.
