My salad was so watery it’s not even funny and the veggies were slimey. Who pays 16$ for soup salad. Straight in the trash it went. No one speaks English enough to understand a complaint when I call they hang up. Don’t eat here !

I ordered a salad with warm chicken, and while placing my order, the staff member asked if I wanted anything else. I noticed an advertisement for their beef chili soup and decided to add it. As she placed the soup in the microwave, she mentioned it would take a few minutes. However, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes, which was already frustrating.
When I finally got home and went to enjoy my meal, I was disappointed to find that the soup was still partially frozen. It was a frustrating experience—both the long wait and the improperly heated soup. I expected better quality and efficiency.

Sandwich was falling apart. Bread was a little stale and completely fell apart. Lettuce was not fresh. The cubed chicken added to the problem of the sandwich not staying together and other toppings listed felt like they were barely added. Had higher hopes. Wonder if a wrap would be better?

Ordered 2 salads for over $30 and to receive salads that were supposed to have grilled chicken, it is not freshly grilled chicken it is bagged chicken pieces you can buy from your local meat dept no flavor and falsely advertised the crispy chicken is much harder than the croutons and if you want enough dressing for your salad you need to add on at least 3 extras .Never again I have gotten better salads from local pizza restaurants in New Haven

I got rotten, wet, and sticky lettuce stale carrots and extremely soggy tomato panini sandwiche that contains only two tiny tomatoes slices, thinly slice cheese and disgusting pesto
Deceptive pricing? Menu on the wall lists salads as $10 (without protein). They are actually 10.75. I asked about this and was told the manager needed to update the wall menu. It’s been like this for months.

We got the broccoli cheddar soup, the lobster bisque, the Smoked Turkey Avocado BLT Sandwich and the Barbarian Wrap. The broccoli soup was tasty, it didn't have any real texture so it was more of a broth but was definitely good flavor. The bisque was ok but very fishy. The BLT was a great combination of taste and texture. Unfortunately the wrap was dry and flavorless. So this place is very hit and miss.
