The customer service at this establishment was truly disappointing. A young girl at the counter was on the phone, and looked visibly annoyed at having to wait on me. When I asked for something (a pastry), she just responded with “No.” I tried to ask for something else, she vehemently answered again with “no.” As a customer, I would have expected her to offer something else that they did have available. It was off putting to be met with such poor service. I hope that management can address this, as I would imagine is not the first time it has happened to a customer.

I love this place! Get their hottie breakfast burrito all the time.
Cowboy burrito was lacking bigtime. Barely any meat. All I taste was eggs and peppers. Everything else was okay. Rating is very misleading.

disregard everyone talking about customer service. it’s literally only just a mom and her two kids who run this place. so yeah i’m sure it can get stressful for them at times but in the end the food is always good and they are always polite.

Delicious food and I really wanted to love them as it’s so close to my house and they have a lovely secured place outside that is great for kids. Coffee was OK, food was amazing BUT customer service was horrible. The lady in charge of taking orders and payments really ruined it for us: rude, condescending and seemed overall angry to be there. When asking questions or placing orders she seemed annoyed and I felt like I was dealing with a teenager with an attitude that got woken up early on a Sunday to do chores. Not great! Doubt I will be back.

The food was bland..pancake tasted like baking soda. Our table was right next to the toilets wall and all you can smell is the person inside using it. Coffee was weak...homefries were dry...eggs in the wrap didn't taste good.

I stumbled into this little hole in the wall looking for a coffee and found such a hidden gem! The restaurant was cozy and the what appeared to be family running the kitchen were awesome and the food was great and made fresh to order. had that "made from love" feeling.

Went here for the first time today. The food was tasty, but the customer service was not really welcoming. The cashier was more interested in her phone and seemed annoyed to answer questions about the menu. Also, this not the place to get iced coffee. They serve hot coffee over ice … it’s watery and not flavorful at all. Don’t know if I’ll go back.
