The food was delicious. The drinks were delicious. The atmosphere was lovely. The music was amazing. The only thing I can complain about is reserving a table. The first time I tried one of the staff members tried to charge me $100 just to reserve the table when I came back two days later I was told that they don’t charge to reserve tables so just be careful.

had the best grilled chicken caesar wrap i've had in a long time... had the mango lemonade, super sweet, super good! and i believe my server's name was Q... incredible service and really nice vibe while i was there... would go again for sure

From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in until the moment we left, Q provided absolutely outstanding service. Her customer service was top-tier, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She helped me decide on what to drink and eat, making the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. Everything about Q was amazing, her professionalism, personality, and genuine care for our dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and hoping Q will be my server again! 10/10 highly recommend!

Place2Be is an amazing!! The food is by far the best breakfast/lunch go to. My children and I love the people and the atmosphere. I would recommend 100%. My favorite person is Quiesy. She has an Awesome personality, she’s funny, and knows how to do her job!!!

I ordered the Mac attack burger, waited around 40 minutes only for it to arrive looking nothing like the image on the menu. It came with the cheese on the side and fries. All arrived cold and i specifically ordered a pink burger it arrived fully cooked. When i asked if it could be remade the server said it would take too long to come out and could only be reheated. I opted to just send it all back, but when the bill arrived they tried to charge me for the side of fries that originally came with my meal. The server was passive aggressive, rolling eyes and not coming to the table for a long time. The manager was extremely unprofessional standing within view and ear shot arguing with server about the charges for the whole dining room to hear. the manager took almost 25 minutes to finally come up and talk to us after back and forth arguing with the server and dirty looks towards our table. the whole thing took about 2 hours to get through the meal. ONLY GO HERE FOR THE COFFEE!!! the only thing on the menu that is stomachable. would not recommend ANY. ONE. comes here.

Some positives and negatives!
First, food and drinks were delicious. I got the buffalo chicken melt alongside the tropical smoothie and it was amazing. I saw complaints in the reviews on the music but when we went it was the perfect volume.
However we sat on the seats next to the windows and there was so much dust. There were also quite a few small flies. Alongside that the air was thick and a/c wasn’t working. I’d recommend an air purifier.
Overall food was good, service was good

They charged my debit card twice - for two different amounts, and never got back to me. After several attempts to contact them after my first interaction, I finally gave up. The amount was so small I didn't bother to persu it, and just chalked it up as a place I'd never recommend to friends or family.

We were sat in the far left corner of the terrace which we were pleased with. However within a few minutes we noticed a sewer smell coming on every 5 minutes or so, unsure where from. While we were provided water and instructions on how to order within a minute of sitting, the waiter did not take our order for 18 minutes!!! Despite us going over once and letting them know we were ready. In addition we were provided with the wrong menu so had to change our order on the spot. From there, it took another 30 minutes for the food to come. We had a BLT and chicken Caesar wrap, unclear how it can take this long. The food was decently good but will not go back or recommend based on this experience.

Our waiter couldn’t have been nicer, but it didn’t get any better. My wife had the California Quesadilla and while she said the filling was tasty, the tortilla was almost impossible to cut or chew. I ordered a build your own burger. I ordered it rare but it came with only a hint of pink. The lettuce, tomatoes, onions and avacado was one small slice of tomato, a lettuce leaf a couple of pieces of onion and what seemed more like an avacado spread than slices of avocado. The burger along with the fries were lukewarm and the bun fell apart as I ate. I don’t know if it’s worth another visit.
