I used to come here often for their beef patties, but I no longer support this business. The older gentleman who usually serves me has a respectful demeanor, but the older woman who works here consistently treats Black American customers with a nasty attitude. Unfortunately, it’s not just in my own experiences — I’ve witnessed her interactions with others as well.
Because of this repeated behavior, I refuse to spend my hard-earned money here any longer. There are plenty of Caribbean restaurants in Connecticut that not only serve tastier food but also treat their customers with genuine respect.

It's a nice family business hands down.... I had one problem though I order jerk Chicken and I got brown stew chicken instead not sure what happen but I'm gonna say they gave me the wrong order simple.... but I eat that stew chicken it was good 👍 with the chicken soup 🍲.... keep up the good work.

Best beef patties in the area. They also have jerk beef patties, vegetarian spinach patties, and spicy or mild patties. The pepper steak meal is also very good, everything I’ve ordered from tropical delights has been pretty good. The food is quality, well seasoned and cooked nicely.

I had a mild beef, curry chicken, and jerk chicken patty today and they all tasted so fresh and delicious. I drove from university of new haven here and i highly recommend having the patties for lunch like I did !

There a rip off!!! got the oxtail with rice cabbage he gave me four to five very small oxtails and a piece of one then pack on the rice ask for little more refused! Showed him a picture of it!! I tried this place for the very first time not satisfied

My new goto spot for Jamaican cuisine. Jerk chicken and oxtail are very reasonable prices compared to most places in CT (and doesn't skimp out on portions). Gotta get food early since it WILL sell out for the day, which shows how good the food is. Never disappointed when I come and the owner is very nice.
