Very unprofessional. Food is not of quality — and they have you waiting for hours . Something is always breaking down/ always have to wait for something to be fixed. Waste of time and money. I’ve tried to support multiple times and every time I go —something is wrong. 2 and 3 hour waits for plates that are not worth it.

Great, freshly made, fulfilling vegan food. There's usually a long wait (30 min-an hour) but it's right downtown so I'll just go for a walk while waiting. I wouldn't stop here if I was in a rush/ had somewhere to be soon. However, I come whenever I can because the food is amazing. I love the portion size because then I always have leftovers for the next day (when I will definitely be craving more).

Got the Jackson 5. Portions were huge. The Mac and cheese was nice, spicy. * (A bit to much spice for 2 out of 3 of us) Corn muffin had nice heat to it Green beans and sweet potatoes were yummy. The nuggets were fine. 3 stars because food was cold. Maybe if it was warm it would have been better. But the food is acceptable if you are looking for vegan soul food . Or a vegan option near yale. Visit them and judge for your self.

The worst food ever. Overcooked chicken parm. Cheese on only one of three pieces of chicken. Never sends extra parm as requested. Sends ungodly disgusting eggplant parm in an incorrect order. Promises a free order as payment for their mistake on next order, but reneggs. Offered a $4 credit and said to have a good evening. They lost a customer. We found a much better place, so they can go to hell. In addition, their salads have gone downhill, too. They consist of a few pieces of nothing much. Cheap and their sauce is disgusting, too. Go anywhere else! I only feel sorry for the delivery guys.

Food was good but I waited over 45 minutes to get the food. Don't go if you're hungry. And it doesn't look like there's a way to order ahead. My cornbread is was also missing from the Jackson 5 plate. Honestly I'd rather go to Claire's down the street Edit: the owner ended up reaching out to me to rectify the issue, which is much appreciated! She explained they are following state guidelines due to covid and that leads to a long wait, which is understandable. Bumped up two stars for good customer service.

After having an amazing vegan philly cheese steak from Vegan Ahava back in April, we knew they would be the perfect addition to our wedding day. We were able to pick some great options for our guests who were all non-vegan with only a couple exceptions (us included). Poreyah and her staff were timely, kind and very helpful. I am giving 5 stars on the vegan mac & cheese alone! It is amazing. I have the Jackson 5 (their soul food plate) mac and cheese, yams, collard/kale greens, bbq chick'un & cornbread. There were also two pieces of fried broccoli florets and they were amazing. I wish there were more on the plate. Whatever bbq sauce they use is delicious. Tangy, sweet and thick! It's going to be hard not to make this a weekly habit. They now have a brick and mortar which is located at 129 Court Street in New Haven. They have a weekend schedule, maybe Thursday-Saturday. Also, they share the space with Edible Couture, who specializes in cupcakes. They have an assortment, both vegan and traditional as well as cake jars. This mac & cheese is one of the best I've ever had! I am not vegan, just meatless, so I still eat dairy, but this is in my top favorites of mac & cheese, vegan and regular. Please support these two ladies at their joined location!

Her food was great and I loved the organic lemonade. One of the best food trucks around and without a doubt the most delicious vegan food I’ve ever had.
