There was MICE (plural) scurrying around the floor! I told the waitress and she said, "okay??" Food is expensive and bad. Poor service, long wait. Even my glass of water was dirty when I received it, how?? This place is empty for a reason.

This place was pretty cool. We went for happy hour & dinner today and the food and drinks were both great. We had short rib arrinchini and penne alla vodka in a bread bowl. Service was great! I would def go back.

They charged me 19 dollars for a Miller Light. I'd give the state of CT one star because this place exists there. This establishment is worthless. Do not go there.

I’ve dined in at this bar/restaurant about 3 times and each time I was unsatisfied. The last time I went I had a really unacceptable experience. Immediately upon being seated my friends and I were rushed into ordering by the server because we were told the kitchen was closing. We hurriedly provided each of our orders to the server. Not only did the food take long to come out but the server only brought half of the food. After disappearing again for an extended amount of time a different staff member returned with her and stated “I made an oops and did not put your order in”. She explained that she was the one in charge for the night and she didn’t put in my meal order as well as an additional shared plate we ordered and because the kitchen was now closed I would not be getting my meal. I explained to the staff member that this was unacceptable and she stated that they could offer me a complimentary drink from the bar. This is not how you do business as I basically did not receive a meal due to no fault of my own and very little was done on the managers part to make up for the significant inconvenience. She didn’t seem apologetic about it and eventually offered a chicken pizza which was also nasty and cold. All of the food was nasty except the French fries. Every time I’ve been eaten there the food had no flavor and/or was nasty. I definitely feel that customer service at this place needs to be better and situations like this should not happen but if so, they should better compensate their customers for any inconveniences experienced. I will not be going back there and I don’t recommend it either.

While in New haven visiting College Music Hall after a concert I stopped by for food and drinks am bummed kitchen closed at 11pm, when concerts are in town I suggest keeping kitchen open later. I will definitely visit again, though..nice vibe ?

Very poor service I order coke and it took them more then an Hour to get me one, also server didn’t know what was ordered and by whom
Went here tonight after having a crumby experience at elm city social. DJ was wonderful, bouncer wasn’t a try hard but checked ID’s properly and communicated well. Sat at a table and played cards with friends and listened to a great DJ. My only complaint was that it was $25+ dollars for two cranberry vodkas. Other than that we had one of the best nights we’ve had in a while! Will definitely be coming back!

The food was not good and the drinks were terrible. I was looking at the bartenders and they are rushing making the drinks. The drinks were not good at all. I ordered truffle fries and they were just soaked in oil not a truffle in sight. The waitress was so sweet and provided the best service but the food and drinks were so bad.
