I've been going to Vito's since the mid-80s, when the law firm I was messenger at introduced me to them (I used to go several times a day to pick-up orders for the lawyers and their meetings.) I am going to miss those subs and salads SO SO SO much. Thank you Vito's for all of the delicious food over the years! Best wishes in your retirements! Well deserved! (but sad for New Haven foodies!)

Great sandwiches on nonsense. Also anyone who doesn't live in the area. They're not a hot sandwich shop. If you want a steak and cheese meatball or chicken cutlet. Go somewhere else.
