Easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. This place is very dirty so DO NOT GO HERE if you want clean service & food. The staff treated me very rude after making me wait for my food. Never going back.

Warning: We ordered the grits with fish cakes- and the fish cakes were made with shrimp. My husband has only recently desensitized to a shellfish allergy. Had this happened 5 years ago, he would have been in the hospital. Maybe it’s foolish to not have asked, but we assumed fish would be in fishcakes.
This was also the second plate that was served- the first one was as loaded with pork bacon- which also wasn’t mentioned in the menu.
Annnd our breakfast- shrimp, fishcakes, 2 pancakes and a side of bacon- lasted for 90 minutes and there were only 2 other tables.
I order chicken and waffles and received some nuggets and a waffle. With some scallions sprinkled on top. I was expecting some chicken wings not nuggets. The nuggets taste like them frozen nuggets in a bag. I’ve never saw anything like this. The waffle was a no go as well. First and last time ordering from here again. I couldn’t add the photo with this review for some reason but was able to post it separately in the photos so check it out

The customer service here is the worst I have ever seen. I am a third party courier and it is obvious they don't care about the customer on the other end of the app. As the cooked all of there done in orders first and made the delivery orders last. Let's remember there are 2 customers at the other end of that order. I had contact with 2 employees and one was just as rude as the other. Also a customer even said to me that she doesn't go there for the customer service. Enough said. There are other options I would take them.

Very hot air didn’t seem to be working. I left my sunglasses in the restaurant and called immediately when on the highway. The woman said they would check when they had a chance and asked where I was sitting, I explained as well as gave a detailed description of our tables food order. She took my number and said she would call if they found them. I waited and called back and asked if they checked yet and had my sunglasses and she said they would have called me. She didn’t listen because I knew I left them there, I knew I wore them going into the restaurant so it was a matter of checking before the next person sat in the booth and discovered my
Sunglasses or possibly stepped on them I left the booth a to go to the ladies room. Not caring, not reassuring not even let me go check myself. Just no. Not even I’m so sorry can you give me a description? Nothing! Sadly one employee left me feeling who cares? My fault I left them. Their fault for not caring, not taking time to check, she could have put me
on hold and lied to me but instead left me feeling I had no value as a customer. You gained a nice pair of sunglasses but I can never go to your restaurant and I will share my story for others to decide how they want to feel after being served. Imagine leaving your cellphone or wallet, credit card? You can apologize to someone for your neglect but you cannot take away how you made me feel. Sadly the sentimental value upsets me more of how I could have been more present and mindful to care for my things.

Ordered online through toast. I never leave reviews by the way. But the woman I dealt with was by far the most arrogant, unfriendly and on top of it RUDE. when my order was never made and over 20 minutes past pick up time. A little more transparency would have be nice. She was rude on the phone when I called to see if it was ready as well. My second job is a restaurant and this would not fly. I would never be rude and dismissive to a customer. And I got home and two things are missing as well. Sad because the foods usually great. And we eat here often. Will never be coming back. Hire employees that communicate and are respectful.

Lovely classic American diner! Good food, okay pricing, nice waitstaff… definitely a solid stop to make if you’re in the area and hankering for some quality Breakfast menu items!
