I normally love wingstop but our black friday night restaurant experience was unforgettable amd was shocked to learn management were prioritising deliveroo orders over their sit-in guests. We were told that our order would be ready in 30 minutes as they are busy, however it did not come after half an hour and were being told that it’d atleast take another 20 min and got offered refund as we can’t wait that long. It was not too busy at restaurant but they were preferring making money via take away and not valuing their guests sitting at restaurant Terrible experience due to in correct info at the time of order and how they prioritise takeaway partners more than their customers However staff was really nice and apologetic but not their mistake
Be prepared to wait; there is usually a big lineup of DoorDashers and Uber drivers if you do online order pickup. Otherwise, the food is good.

Terribly rude customer service after they forgot half my order.
My friends and I ordered five meal combos from the Wingstop website. After waiting over an hour for delivery, we realized they did not pack ANY of the fries. The driver confirmed he only received the single sealed bag we got.
When I called Wingstop, the customer service was unbelievably rude. I asked for either the missing fries to be sent out immediately or a refund for the inconvenience. The employee laughed at me, accused me of lying because “too many people try to get free food,” and said he’d “just refund the fries.” (Which—no kidding—we didn’t even receive!)
It’s been four days, and there's still no refund. I’ve submitted two customer service requests, and no one has responded.
If you order from here, be prepared to not get your full order and to deal with employees who clearly don’t care. Absolutely unacceptable.

Food was literally cold and soggy
Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.
If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration
So I just ordered food from this place on Uber Eats. They never once gave me a notice that someone had stole my food :) I’ve been waiting for an hour in a half wondering why dashers kept changing. Crazy lmao.
