I love Wingstop, but this location is disgusting! The food tasted old the wings, the fries and the corn! It tastes like they fired everything in old oil. The whole place is also dirty the bathroom is dirty the floors, and I could only imagine how it looks where they cook!

I placed an order online for my family for dinner. Once I returned home, I discovered the food was ice cold. I took the food back to the store and I was told that they could remake my food or I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days. My issue was this was the refund was not processed. I was expected to take the word of the woman in charge. She told me that she could text her area manager a copy of my receipt so they can process the refund as she could not process it in the. She then took a call from her manager, Robert, who told me the same thing that they stand on. I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days with no proof of this refund with me leaving the store. I was told that I could either except that or they could remake my food. Not to mention there were multiple employees playing in the back cooking area. I didn’t trust this at this point. I feel this is very unjust. Very unacceptable and not good customer service. Wingstop do better!!

Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. When the first driver showed up the order wasn’t ready when they said. So when the second driver showed up they closed early. Worse service not just this time but every time. What a shame the food is good but the service is beyond terrible. Please don’t waist your time. Now to try to get a refund that I paid for but never got.

Horrible service most days and they precook in bulk to the point that the food isn't even hot. They almost always get my order wrong. They talk more than prepare orders.

I've given it three shots. I've always ordered it and had it delivered. The chicken's mediocre at best. The fries are pretty tasty. The blue cheese dressing is like water.
Place is well to eat at, everyone is mad chill. But there’s like mad people who ain’t patient, like it ain’t no fast food Lmaoo. I can tell people there know what they doing because they’re all getting alon.

The place is amazing, everyone kindly waved at me and says hello. I feel really appreciated whenever I have the chance to come here. My food takes the reasonable amount of time and always comes out amazing, and I’m not kidding! THEYRE Trimble chocolate brownies are better than any desert I had!

Let’s be really the WHOLE culture of this store has changed! I walk in there and it feels like a bodega ! Nobody can speak a lick of English ! The phones constantly ringing ! Forever on hold! The poor little boy didn’t know who the manager was ! I’m sick of this. Who wants to spend money somewhere they do not feel appreciated or recognized! This store does not reflect the community at all just a bunch of gibberish going on food always late now. Idk what happened but I do not see this store being here anymore longer than 2 years for sure. Poor leadership for sure you can’t even get the help you need. I would never come back and I hope New Haven follow suit. Respect the community!
