Today I went to the restaurant at the Tooele location. I ordered an order of just a combo to eat in and they never delivered it to me. I waited 58 minutes and until I had to ask them to refund my money. After waiting so long, the manager took a long time to even make the refund. The fries were burnt. They gave preference to online orders. When I arrived there were no people, but waiting 58 minutes for them to give you the food plus 15 minutes to get your money back. I do not recommend it. The place is very poorly managed and has more than 20 employees and the manager standing there looking at everyone without taking action. Ufff, terrible. I saw orders with burnt fries. People complained about the cold food. Waiting so long and the food being cold is no way.

Went to WS for the 1st time today. On Hwy 96 in Bonaire Ga. Soon as I walked in the lady n the back was rude saying your time said blah blah. I was just telling them my name. Then waited past time for the food. To start ..the drink station all sodas were flat. Next get home wings are cold barely any Sauce on them, way undercooked and no flavor. I mean not a drop of flavor on any wing. This might be the worst food I have eaten in a very long time! I can say I will Nvr be back very disappointing especially after dropping $35.00.

Went to Wingstop for the first time yesterday, excited to try somewhere new that we had heard good things about. When our order came our, both me and my daughter noticed a weird smell. I'm not sure if it was the sauce or something in the sauce, but I could only eat a few bites, as the smell was very off-putting.

Wingstop Happy Valley rd in Phx Arizona is THE WORST. I was so excited to try them for the first time ever. Ordered online, drove up there and arrived at 48 mins after I placed my order as the email said the wings should be done by then. A clueless worker said it could be another 20 mins or 40 mins. I’m not really sure. Asked to get a refund, the manager was too incompetent to complete a refund. Will have to dispute this charge on my credit card. my first time trying Wingstop and I didn’t even get to try it, but I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Do better

Well second time going to Wing Stop in GB. I was not impressed the first time but tried to give them a try again. We were missing part of our order and then look at this raw sandwich. We are done and will never go back. Please check your food before you take a bite unlike I did. Picture in comments

a friend of mines card was ran for extra things like Lyft, Shein and Uber Eats after they provided their card information over the phone to pay for an order. this Happened at the Abercorn location in Savannah GA.

It was super busy and took a long time to get my order, but the staff was extremely friendly, making everyone feel at home and was obviously making the chicken fresh for each order. Next time I'm in the area, I will be sure to stop!

I ordered my food at 2 oclock ahead of time and I got there at 2:32 as listed on the app and then was told my food was never made and I still have to wait another 30 minutes and It also is making me 30 minutes late for work as well so I stated the fact and asked for a discount or something to meet me in the middle and the only thing they was able to offer was a 2 dollar brownie after I spend 40 dollars on a meal and had the worker laugh in my face as he says he can’t do anything for me besides a brownie. I don’t recommend at all

We ordered on the app (not DoorDash or Uber eats) and the driver delivered at a completely different location than the one we have proof of entering into the app. The driver wouldn’t correct the problem then we called the actual location and they would only remake the food. They wouldn’t send another driver out so we had to drive down to get it. On top of all of that they wouldn’t refund us for the food. We had to PAY to DRIVE to the place ourselves after already paying a delivery fee and waiting an extra hour for all of this to happen. Will NOT be coming back.
