Phone order. Very difficult to understand, works to their advantage price wise. Food was ok but not ready when promised. While waiting, got $24 parking ticket! So much for encouraging tourism! This location sucks! This neighborhood and this town has seen better days!

So the chicken wings are okay, a bit greasy and the taste is like soul food kind of chicken wings but like in a very basic way.I ordered chicken fried rice with chicken wings and an egg roll which I ate before the pictures.
