First timer at WOW Tikka and very impressed. I’m
Not one to eat Indian food because usually it’s very spicy for me but must say there was options of mild and Gluten free! Food was very fresh. You can choose how spicy you want it! There are rice bowls, street food, Desi Burrito, desserts, refreshments!
The 2 ladies working were very pleasant and helpful. Even though it appeared empty there were many people ordering to go and a some that dined! Indian food keeps impressing me! It was delicious!

Had a really great experience at Wow! Tikka New Haven. I loved that I could choose everything from my rice, to protein, then sauces, and veggies! These bowls are completely customizable to your liking.
First, you absolutely need to start with a samosa, and grab a fresh homemade lemonade. The perfectly spicy samosa with the sweet tangerine lemonade is a perfect combo!

Everything is made fresh daily in house and you can absolutely taste the freshness in every bite.

If you like Indian food, or curious and want to try some the, you really need to stop in for some amazing food!

Wow Tikka serves up a tasty experience with its bowl-style dishes, similar to Chipotle. You can customize your bowl with options like paneer, chicken biryani rice, and flavorful Indian sauces. The combination is both yummy and delicious, offering a satisfying and flavorful meal.

They have locations in both Boston and New Haven!

What I ordered:
Base: biryani rice
Filling: veg kofta and plant based keema
Sauce: tikka masala
Topping: onion and cilantro
Also tried their street food - paneer naan kathi roll.

Bowls were packed with authentic flavors! It’s basically a chipotle but for Indian food!

Costliest version of Chipotle, that charges $14 for a bowl but serves quantity like $8. Their rice quantity is less and if you ask for little more, they straight up reject on face. I had to tell the guy to reduce chicken quantity and add little more rice. People complaining about quantity at places like Chipotle should try here, they will never complain again

Been a couple of times, and I've been very impressed. Tasty, abundant, and affordable! Build your own bowl places are the way to go.

Very impressed with this restaurant! The amount of food provided for the price compared to other similar styles of build-your-own places is a great value. And every ingredient I got was so flavorful, including the freshly heated naan.

This place had some big shoes to fill when Tikkaway closed. I absolutely adored Tikkaway and would stop by often when going through the area. If you never had Tikkaway I would still recommend giving this location a shot.

For me the quality of the food did not live up to what I was use to. I was not a huge fan of their lamb and will definitely try something else next time. This was always a delicious spot that was easy to eat dairy free or vegan and I'm not sure that is the case anymore. My dish was far too spicy maybe because of the aloo. I still will give this place another shot may just try something different.

Was disappointed with the mulligatawny soup. Definitely not the same delicious dish as before
