As someone who has been a loyal customer of Ziggy’s for years and lives just a mile away, I was extremely disappointed by my recent experience. After waiting well over an hour, I was given the wrong pizza. When I called to fix the issue, I had to wait another hour for the correct one.
What truly shocked me was that they refused to hand over the pizza I had paid for until I returned the incorrect one—and even asked me to replace the slices I had taken so they could give it to another customer. Not only is that unacceptable customer service, but it also raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.
After years of supporting this business, this experience has made me seriously reconsider ever ordering from Ziggy’s again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! My gf and I ordered a pizza and buffalo wings through their online system. The buffalo wings pre selected “plain”. Not knowing this we ordered as is and got just wings not buffalowings no sauce on them and they were so dry we literally couldn’t eat them. Bc they were closed by the time we realized this we called but no one answered. So we called the next day stating the error and not edible order and kindly asked them to make us a new order and we would bring back the order they gave us. The guy on the phone said no. I said “we order there often can we speak to owner, he would recognize me” he asked for my phone number and said “the owner isn’t here, and you only ordered here 6 times!. When we reiterated the online error and that buffalo wings means buffalo sauce he said “well NORMAL PEOPLE KNOW TO SELECT THE TYPE OF BUFFALO SAUCE” Normal people?! So now you’re insulting us, refusing to correct the order which regardless to the sauce was dry hard and not edible, and when we asked for his name he REFUSED!!! Just wanted to warn anyone who considers ordering here, DONT! and if I’m the owner I’m certainly going to discipline the employee who insults his customers and doesn’t give him the chance to rectify the situation when asked to be contacted.
