I called to let the owner know he charged my card the wrong price and he told me to stop wasting his time. I found that to be very rude being it was my first time EVER eating from there. The owner does not know how to talk to people and needs to be put out of business especially if your stealing peoples money and then being rude about it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. First of all to go back and fourth with a customer is petty and you got A LOT of reviews about you being rude and having very POOR customer service and to say for a few dollars regardless its my money and I work VERY hard for it. I made this review because you the owner needs to learn how to deal with customer's of color. This isn't my only review I also contacted the BBB

I like ziggys pizza everytime I order my pizza I always get the same person so once they left my pie in the oven for a little to long and the pie was a little burnt wow that change d my life and what I was missing out on ever since that I ordered my pie the same way Trust me it was amazing now when I say a little burnt I'm not talkin about very dark and nasty this pie was slightly burnt dark brown I felt like that made all the flavor of the cheese and the tomato sauce stronger and gave it the title for me has the best pizza I ever had try it out sometime you might like it hey you might not live life try something at least once it might just change your life thank you for burning my pie ??

I seen complaints about this place but I still ordered because people mostly go online to bash a business over applauding them. I got you Ziggy's y'all did good not only are they very nice in there the food was really good and fresh and crispy the portions were just right for us fat at the heart people like myself. I judge hard af with service and how my fries are treated and they passed. They even gave me blue cheese which was bomb! I'll be back and next time I'm getting somthing else cause the food didn't jam up my intestines or make me wanna yack. I got a fish sandwich meal for me and my bf got a steak and cheese sandwich (my mouth watered a little. I get weak talking about fish and fries ) I'll be back!

What is good from here!? The food is nasty the pizza and the breadsssss from here all the breads are soggy , garlic bread cheesy bread anything bread , the pasta is nasty . I dont think these ppl are italian , nor greek nor rome these people dont make good food owning a ' pizzeria'

We use to come here since they had the Turkish owners. Now their prices have gone increasingly high and their quality has only lowered. We placed a huge order on a weekend and when we went to go pick up, the person making and touching the pizzas was not wearing a mask at all. We asked him to put one on and he refused. When we spoke to the manager, he asked if we wanted this asthmatic person to be without a job because it was too hot for them to wear a mask. When we told them we would report them to the city, they didn’t care. We won’t do business with a company who works with the general republic, who doesn’t follow laws, in the middle of a pandemic.

I just had a fight with the pizza parlor I always use. Ziggy's in New Haven. The kid who answered said I would need ID because it's a weird zip code. It's Milford,not Taiwan. I ordered a calzone with fried onions and gyro meat. He called back and said that his boss said I can't do that. I asked why not since I'm the customer and he has all the ingredients. He said it can't be done. He said that they can't put either onions or gyro meat in a calzone. I said that I always order one with pastrami and onions but,he still refused. Apparently, it's against the jaws of nature. I canceled the order and told him that I order once a week and he lost a customer.I can't believe that they wouldn't make what I ordered and was paying for. I like the place but, I won't ever return.
