The service is always great and fast. The food is always great. Ive never had to send anything back due to a wrong cook etc. like I’ve had to occasionally at other locations.

Service was awful, Waited 15 minutes for water when the restaurant was dead, Ordered chips and salsa and we never got it. Charged us 8 dollars for the chips and salsa and had to wait another 20 minutes for them to remove it from our check. Food was mediocre, could tell the chicken was old and tough. Saw our server maybe twice the whole time. Recommend making the drive to a different location. Would not eat here again.

Love this place. The chicken enchilada soup is a most. I was surprised they finally clean the sticky floor they had for long months. Jen is our best server. She already knows what we eat .

It's a chili's. Staff was friendly, but made mistakes with the order which were caught. The food was consistently standard for a chili's and you know what you're getting when you walk in the door. Place was clean, atmosphere was lively.
