The service was very friendly and helpful! Very nice Girl with colorfull Hair.Unfortunately the food was not nearly as good as I am used to from dennys. The eggs were still gooey, hashbrow had seen the pan for maybe half a minute and was therefore still almost raw. The sausage was also light. Luckily the pancakes were fine so far. Overall, unfortunately not recommendable.One question; is there no more rifill with the coffee?

Horrible. Tried to call 3 times. They do not pick up the phoneI ordered online when I arrived, no one acknowledge me for over 40 min while my food sat in the window and got cold that I already paid for. If they don’t have enough staff they really just should not open. It’s not fair to the customers or the 1 woman serving. Will not go back
It seems that everytike I order from this Dennys my orders are always wrong! We get food we never ordered on top of food that never meets our order basics! The food can definitely be prepared with a little more focus and care and bottom line if I were the Dennys company I would look into why my managers never reach out to fix the problems caused for faulty orders and in house employee attitude or even care to answer the phone at New London Dennys as they purposely leave the phone off the hook or line open so it is always busy to anyone looking to call and correct faulty orders and or bad service. I wish I could give a Half Star To Rate Yjis Plave and How awful The Service is!

Food was really good, a young man cooking who was looked and has a beard welcome my family when we walked in. Never had that before, the managers were both in the front helping the servers and greeting and seating us. The young man sat us and during are meal a young lady I think her name was Becca, was great.

I read some reviews and can I say they r not accurate... I visited this dennys and I have to say it was such a great experience.... I met 2 servers and they were very friendly and the cooks in the back even told me and my family to have a have day and greater us when we walked in... how many places do that?? I loved it here and can't wait to come back.

Returned to Denny's New London after some months away. New management. New attitude. Ron took care of me. He did me right. Excellent 9-grain Pancake Slam. Coffee was delish. Nice price, too. Love affair renewed. I'll be back.

As a breakfast fan at anytime of day I know Dennys got my back. Whenever I go on the late night I know I can always count on Ron to give me that service you expect from a family style environment even though it's just me. There's no better feeling in my opinion that when you only have been to a place twice and you're greeted by name with a smile and just asked that simple question of how was your day to start a dining experience of right and without fail Ron will give you that. I appreciate the effort and service he gives.
