I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for more than three years now. This Domino’s is really great. The fact that they have a drive-through window is awesome and very convenient, The food is always really, really good, And the service is always very good. The staff are really kind here as well, And they have a good positive attitude.

I always order pizza from bank street dominos either their service is not good or pizza sometimes its good too i think its different people cooking and handling thats why its depends i love dominos but they need to be careful with the orders. I order half side green pepper and full pineapple some times there is less or more while other times same with the green pepper or sauce or cutting issue.
This is the WORST experience ive ever had at a Dominos.. i choose a 5 topping deal and choose chicken and bacon with bbq instead of tomato sauce..oh and cheddar cheese.. 3 total toppings 4 if you count the sauce swap.. STILL they upcharged me for bacon AND the sauce (the dominos in clinton does not do this) only to NOT PUT BACON ON THE PIZZA ANYWAY AND ALMOST NO SAUCE.. PIZZA WAS DRY AS I'VE EVER HAD! I will NEVER go back there...window employee w sleeve tatts was polite..Gave him 4stars for service only cuz I don't know if he made the pizza...

I phoned to arrange a delivery, but I was left waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Eventually, I was connected to an agent who took all my information again, only to inform me that delivery wasn’t possible, despite my initial request for it. They still charged my card and now insist I collect the order myself. It’s frustrating because if I could drive to the store, I wouldn’t have opted for delivery. I’m deeply dissatisfied with this experience and unlikely to patronize this store or Dominos again.
