The product is typical DD. The customer service is very inconsistent. In addition to my usual tip, about once every two months when I get my morning beverage I give a $20 tip just to make someone’s day. Today and yesterday the attitude of the person at the window was so rude the $20 bill stayed in my pocket. This has happened many times in the past as well. I’ll wait for a day when one of the pleasant folks are working. Again that is sporadic.

I just wanted to leave a review for Katelyn (might have wrong spelling) but I came in for lunch and my order got messed up but I had no time to go back until after I left work. I stopped in and explained the situation and she was so sweet, made me a coffee, asked if there was anything else she could do. Thank you, Katelyn!!

That Dunkin was in a very nice location. Was kept exceptionally clean the food prepared well and staff was very friendly. I appreciated that it was located conveniently next to 2 small parks that made it comfortable to sit down and enjoy my sandwich and iced coffee. 👍 👍

Worst Dunkin Donuts in the area… Couldn’t give or sell a large ice water even with a purchase of a donut…Bad business and certain workers there have a BAD ATTITUDE!!! The Best Dunkin Donuts around here easily is Broad Street…

Came to get a corn muffin, butter and warmed up. I also asked for hash browns on the crispy side. What I got was a hot mess. My corn muffin was all broken up into pieces and my hash browns were all broken up falling apart in the bag. This happens when people have no pride in their jobs. Seriously this should never even went out the window in the drive thru. Absolutely disgusting.
Service could be better....Much BETTER than Coleman, but they're both family RUN/OPERATED establishments, so enough said

Very poor service go inside young black kid yells at you because he made a mistake can't even follow a simple direction and put cream cheese on a bagel and butter plus he burns the bagel
