Came to get a corn muffin, butter and warmed up. I also asked for hash browns on the crispy side. What I got was a hot mess. My corn muffin was all broken up into pieces and my hash browns were all broken up falling apart in the bag. This happens when people have no pride in their jobs. Seriously this should never even went out the window in the drive thru. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolute chaos. I went in with one other person. I guess at least one person was late/didn't show up. The two workers were doing the best they can but their stress was stressing me out. My friend was able to order within 5 minutes (nobody in line inside). They took my order about 25 minutes later. Ordered a large iced coffee with cream, 2 espresso shots, and unsweetened vanilla. Definitely not what I got. The toasted everything bagel with cream cheese was not very toasted. The breakfast sandwiches my friend received were cold as well. CHAOS!!!

I was SO stoked to get to a Dunkin after years of being without and this place took ALL the joy out it!! This cashier needs to find an entirely different line of work if she hates helping people!! Her facial expressions, lack of greeting and complete disdain for people overran my joy of all things Dunkin. This visit is from today, October 27, 2024 at 9:30 am. If any one of these employees had been wearing name tags I would have named them on this post.
Everytime I come in the morning it’s absolutely SWAMPED, and yet the Manager Alayna always manages to greet people with a smile and a friendly “Good Morning” and “Have a wonderful day.” It’s nice to know that some people still value customer service and show appreciation for their customers! 10/10 would recommend this Dunkin for your morning cup of Joe!

After 3 yrs, I have to update my review as this place has gone downhill.
I lost my voice as I have been sick & wrote down my order. They still got it wrong, the lady who was attending me was so busy yapping her lips catching up with another customer she didn't even bother to look properly to see I wrote extra on an item which resulted in my throwing up because if I don't get the order exactly how I need it my stomach doesn't agree to it.
This has been a CONSTANT problem which angers me because this is my closest Dunkin's.
I WILL NOT be returning as this has happened way too many times.
I NEVER have this problem with the Dunkin in Mystic, they pay attention to detail instead of yapping their lips.
DO BETTER!
