Disappointing experience. Drive-thru cashier demonstrated impatience and hostility from initial greeting.

Despite calm ordering, attitude persisted.
Gift card redemption was met with confusion and rudeness – surprising for a standard payment method.

A question for management: Is employee satisfaction support available – as it's clearly needed.

Very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful! They were sold out of a few things we ordered, but employees took their time to provide us with plenty of other options which was very helpful and nice of them to do! Will definitely return!

Parking: Plenty of free parking available!

The young lady at the window had a massive attitude. Told us “have a good one” as we were waiting for our sandwich and ignored us when we tried to tell her we were waiting on it. Finally got the sandwich. The cheese is ice cold the sandwich is smooshed and croissant is burnt. Awful experience 0/5 stars. :(

I don’t know why your employees can’t stay off the phone for three seconds to cash someone in drive through out to give me ONE large iced coffee. Highly disrespectful when I’m just trying to pay and tip. Not to mention it’s highly unsanitary to be on your phone while serving me. You need a better policy for your afternoon crew.

So i go today grab a coffee and a quick bite. The car in front of me has a dog in the vehicle. Cashier at the window is petting dog letting dog lick her hand .So im like shes not gonna wash her hands ..my thoughts were correct she proceeded to cash out customer then go on to make coffee for next order excuse me ma'am i just saw you allow the dog to lick your hand and you didnt go wash them thanks but no thanks .Left order there totally disgusting

I go here 5 or 6 days a week and always order my coffee through the app. I had some cash I wanted to spend so I ordered at the drive thru. My drink came wrong so I pulled back in and politely asked for it to be remade. (I already have social anxiety so I didn’t even want to ask) But I did. The girl at the drive thru was so rude and told me I ordered my coffee wrong when I know I didn’t. She cut me off while i was speaking and said “ok pull up then” I pulled up to the window and she handed me my drink with her arm out of the window and her back completely facing towards me. I said thank you and she ignored me. I work in food service and I know how customers can be but I was not rude or giving them a problem in any way. It’s sad because I also leave a tip almost every time I go there. This one experience was enough to make me not go there again. If you work in food service for tips you’d think the person would at least try to give descent service to keep the customers coming back and getting more tips but the one girl in particular ruined it for everyone there. I would say a name but i’m not sure what it was

I am not able to have caffeine so when I go and order a decaf iced coffee, light and sweet, I expect decaffeinated. I ordered this morning and I got a regular coffee now I couldn’t do anything about it because I was at work and can’t leave my job. I haven’t been able to drink caffeine in over two years because it gives me heart palpitations. I didn’t expect that today. I will no longer go to the location location that is Next-door to Taco Bell in New London
