I know the difference in between coffee and ice tea. I asked for ice tea. I was given tons of ice and what appeared to coffee. After taking a taste, it was coffee, ice coffee. The person there, kept telling me it was ice tea not coffee. Again, it was ice coffee. I was then asked what will you like me to do? I said: I really will like ice tea. That didn’t go too far, I said I will like a refund. The person there said: I can’t refund you, I am not a manager. Thanks for taking my money 😡
