It's a pretty small dining room with only a couple of tables, but I think it's just still "social distanced" from COVID precautions. Also, because people take more than they need for their current drinks; sugar, Splenda, Sweet n low, etc... And large drinking straws for some reason, are always empty. Staff can't keep them filled because the store would go bankrupt from all the customer theft of condiments and straws. But if you ask, staff will happily give you what you need ?Parking: Parking in front of the store can be hard to find, but there's more spaces to the left of the building and behind it.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy disabled parking directly in front of the door. No steps or stairs into building.Dietary restrictions: All sorts of non-dairy options for drinks/coffees/teas. Vegetarian choices available.
This is the most efficient operation I been to since COVIDOne took my order and payment, another one made my order precise and yet another delivered my order to the pick up counter. Known customers came in and with great efficiency prepared their order with small talk. At the time I was there, there were at least 3 people in line and yet I was holding my completed order, walking out the door in 2 minutes. Simply remarkable.

These guys are like a breath of fresh air, always very friendly and polite in the morning, never have gotten my order wrong. I drive past two Dunkin’s in Waterford just to go to them. You guys do a great job.
the barista Krista was very sweet and seemed like a genuinely nice person. I love her colorful purple hair and the older woman who was working with her i think her name was josie was also very sweet. I am a regular at this location and i get very happy when i walk in and see krista.

i ordered pick up on a late saturday afternoon in hopes it would be better than my past experiences with the other dunkins in new london. there werent many people in there or working. we were greeted with a smile. ordering online can be tricky when it comes to whats in stock. small issues were promptly solved with amazing customer service. its always pleasant to walk into an establishment and can feel a good mood in the employees. will start coming here more often!

Maybe if the owner prioritized the people IN the restaurant waiting for drinks you wouldnt have a mob of confusion at the pick up counter and have to yell at customers to grab their drinks.Every time I go its like 2 of 3 workers focused on the app orders while people who walk in sit around waiting to order and then sit around waiting 5-8 more mintues get a coffee.Not only that, the storefront windows directly in the path of sunlight make that store 80 degrees by 7:30am and its a small storefront so the wait is miserable.The app may be a good idea but this store isn’t adequately staffed for that and the wait times make it painstakingly obvious. Give your employees a break.
