We love Fred's and stop 2 to 3 times a season. The food is so delicious y the prices are still decent but on this last visit. We got there immediately when they opened. We ordered our food and looked for a table. They were all sticky and had puddles. We found one on the side but when my husband touched his leg he realized his brand new shorts were covered in ketchup and mustard. Our hot dogs and fries were great they just need to take a little more time before opening to prepare. Thanks for another great season!

It’s a little drive-up/outdoor seafood spot with beautiful views of the docks. I had the lobster grilled cheese, and it was AMAZING!! They also had non-fish options as well. My husband had their chili dog and it was also good.

It wasn't for me,I'm sure some people like it,the clam cakes were good but the fish sandwich had no flavor at all and the fries tasted like cardboard,I don't want to down this place I no its been in business a very long time so Im hoping it was just a bad day,but if you like clam cakes then those were really good

We ordered the veggie lovers pizza. It was delicious and I’m a snobby pizza critic from New York (LOL). Amazing view. Parking is tight but nice to have it. Only downside, it needs a big-time cleaning from the outside, at least. Bathroom is accessible but also needs a big sprucing up.

Prices are different in person than on their website, the clam strips were rubbery, the wings with the dry rub aren't actually a dry rub, they're just fried and then they throw whatever seasoning they want on top of it. Super disappointed. At least we aren't hungry anymore.

4 stars are mainly for the Hot Lobster Roll which was one of the best ever!! But then the rest kind of falls flat. Whole belly clams were cold, rubbery and more like mini whole belly clams. Thin fries are ok, but again lukewarm. Coconut Shrimp is ok. Great location on the water with easy picnic table seating. Zero stars for all the BEES. Would not return because of the bees flying around.

First, the bathroom was filthy and had no soap. Then when my grilled chicken sandwich came out, there was no mayo, the chicken looked dry and overcooked, and the lettuce looked old and wilted. It looked like one of the outer pieces that you would usually discard. The tables were filthy, and there were bees everywhere. I couldn't bring myself to try the food, and I am not picky by any measure-this is probably the first time I've ever turned something away without at least taking a bite to confirm if it tastes okay. The one bright spot was that the young man at the counter was polite and friendly while taking our order
