so this is a good review about its just wings/chillis in new london but a warning that if you get delivery from here they use door dash. ive had so many mess ups from doordash from other places as soon as i placed the order and learned doordash was delivering it i called and canceled. was a nighmare walking to doordash themselves. and they lie about telling you you have to call the restaurant to get your refund. so just for future reference from anyone ordering delivery from here dont... unless you dont mind your food being delivered to the wrong place or stolen. the restaurant was nice and understanding of this and even remade the food after i had to go and pick it up.

Terrible service. Did not come out with curbside delivery after waiting 10 minutes after checkin. Went in to store ignored at counter for 5+ minutes. Food cold with incorrect wing flavors. Think carefully before going here..

Buyer beware: “It’s just wings” isn’t a real restaurant, it’s Chilis. I thought I found a new local wing place but as soon as I paid, I saw it charged my card to Chilis. Pickup also at Chilis. I feel emotionally blackmailed. I never would have ordered from chilis. Nonetheless the chicken wasn’t terrible. Kinda soggy by the time I got it home.

Doordashed an order. Order was confirmed by the restaurant at 8:29 pm.....at 9:51pm the order was cancelled, effectively screwing me out of any other delivery option. Dasher was even at the restaurant at 8:40pm and waited an hour to get hosed as well.

Usually I love this place but I was very disappointed… I ordered a pickup order . One 11 boneless wing combo that only came with 9 pieces and two orders of Buffalo wings that one order came with ranch spilt all over it. We were given no straws for our drinks, no utensils for the boneless wings and no napkins for wings!Not to mention my fiancé was greeted by a women who was very rude. She asked what the name of the order was and he responded with “Kim” and she rudely responded with “um you mean Kimberly?”It’s the same name. She was just trying to be smart.I was very upset. Lucky the chicken was good!Don’t plan on buying from this preferred restaurant, I’ll go to a different it’s just wings. Thank you.
