Owner should know that they lie late at night and say they have a limited menu and close early. I totally understand starting an early closing procedure. But if you’re gonna do that then maybe you should talk to the owner and say you want to close at 1:30 instead of 2:00. But then you’d start closing earlier. Just do your job, I respect fast food employees, but not once’s screwing over the customers. I drove out of my way several times to get to this location after work and a couple times I’ve heard the car in front of me have no problems ordering what they want and they cut me off.

Continuously leave things out of nearly every Uber eats order. And the store "can't be held accountable" when we make a complaint. Customer service is a hit or miss but at least the food is always hot and fast.

On Aug 15 I went to pick up 2 orders at the Drive Thru. There were 2 employees there. A young lady and another one Older. The older employee really needs to be trained and respectful. She was yelling on people coming to pick orders. She was very excited and disrespectful. When I was at the counter, she first accused me to not telling her that I have 2 orders to pickup. She lies on that. After she told me that she doesn't have the order on her system and later she told me that the order is not ready and I should turn around to the beginning in the line. I have to mention that I spent around 30_35 mns to reach the 2nd window. It is clear that she keep finding a reason for the order that was not ready, she was excited, yelling, closing the windows very hard and using inappropriate dirty expressions toward me. The yonger employee seems to not being comfortable with her behavior and comes to me, and explain me that they will prepare the order.
Some employees needs to be put in the other side of the curtain and not deserved to be interfacing with customers trying just to get something to eat.
