The food was fine, but I witnessed the manager/ owner boastfully threatening to fire the staff right in the lobby. The atmosphere was toxic and uncomfortable, and I feel terrible for the employees working under that kind of verbal abuse. I will not support a business that treats local workers this way.

not sure who the lady with red hair and glasses is but if she’s in a managerial position she SUCKS. drink completely forgetten about in doordash order. no problem, i’m not upset i can go to the restaurant and pick up. the woman tells me i can’t and must file a complaint to doordash. i tell her doordash isn’t at fault, doordash doesn’t bag up food, YOU DO. woman is in denial and says that every item was in the bag. i tell her it was not which is why i went in person to go get it and now she’s speaking over me and still telling me doordash is at fault. i can only assume she thought i was trying to get a free drink outta this when that was not the case. would not have bothered to drive down there SHOWING YOU A RECEIPT for a free drink.

The food for breakfast was good, but what is up with beverages being so watered down. The orange juice had the color of grapefruit juice and the taste of distorted water. Not pleasant.

I would love to give a shout out to De’na Milliner!! She gave me excellent customer service!!! Helped with the McDonald app and was friendly and smiled!!! She deserves a reward and I support more workers like her in the front greeting and meeting customers vs negative attitudes when arriving at the restaurant!!! Go De’na!!!
