They mess up at least half the time but the trick is to never bother giving you your receipt, that way when you come back later they have no reason to give you what you payed for and they can treat you like a thief and like you're the inconvenience when youve had to come back twice! And the night time manager is truly awful she has an attitude constantly she's probably the reason they mess up constantly she keeps everyone on edge!Kid-friendliness: Don't bring your kids here unless they want to have a bad time!

I am not a fan of kiosk ordering, so I will work with a human whenever possible. I’m sure younger generations and frequent customers would be well served by the kiosks, so don’t be discouraged by my personal experiences.

I sometimes come late at night and usually they are lovely but one of the female managers is always rude and condescending both through the speaker and at the window. Always yelling. I've come inside before and had to leave because she's soo loud and it triggers me... Terrible environment.

Iced coffee so sweet that it cleared my sinuses, dried out my nose, and sent my friend into cardiac arrest.I have never had so sweet of a coffee. I am serious, every person that has tried this coffee agrees. I don’t know if there’s been a mistake but someone definitely poured all in all of the hazelnut syrup PLUS all of the sugar into it.If there’s been such a mistake, why not take the time to redo it?I normally love the hazelnut iced coffees here but gosh, that was atrocious.Additionally, there were two caps on the drink and every time I tried to get the straw through this sugary concoction, it would spill.Please tell me this is an April fools joke. I really wanted my coffee right this morning. Next time I’ll go to Starbucks.

I was in the middle of a work shift and came thru mcdonalds for breakfast. i was probably 60 cents short but the nice employee at the drive thru register covered me, the woman at the second window was equally as lovely; she asked how we were and asked if id like any ketchup, there were napkins in the bag and i didn't notice till we got back to work we noticed an extra hash brown in the bag so my daughter & I wouldn't have to share :) As we drove my daighter smiled and waved goodbye ; thank you guys for wishing her a good day, she smiled the about it the rest of the ride. Thank you guys for treating our food with respect
