I waited in line for over 20 minutes at this ice cream parlor, only to be completely skipped over when I finally reached the front. Staff began serving people from the middle of the line with no explanation. When I politely asked why I was being passed over, I was rudely told that this is how it is done— even though I was already at the counter. No apology, no offer to help, just complete dismissal.
It’s clear this place has no idea how to manage a crowd or handle busy times. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprofessional, and the lack of basic customer service was shocking. If you’re looking for a smooth and pleasant experience, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.
